At Alzahra Furniture, we are the primary manufacturer and supplier of all the products displayed on our website. We are not just a multi-vendor marketplace, but a company with an official headquarters, fully responsible for product quality and customer service.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products that match the images and descriptions on our website with 99% accuracy. Your satisfaction is our priority.


 When Can You Return a Product?

You are eligible to return a product in the following cases:

  1. If the product differs in shape or description from what was displayed on the website.

  2. If the product is delivered in a different color than the one you ordered.

  3. If the product is entirely different from what you requested.

  4. If the product dimensions (length/width/height) do not match the specifications mentioned on the website.

  5. If the product has visible manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.

  6. If there are missing parts (with the option to request the missing parts instead of returning the product).


 Return Conditions & Process

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns are only accepted for the reasons mentioned above.

For Change of Mind:

  • If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, and not due to any product defect or error:

    • 15% of the total order value will be deducted as administrative fees.

    • Shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

  • For customized orders (special colors, sizes) that were produced specifically for the customer, 35% of the total order value will be deducted if returned.

For Credit Card Payments:

  • Refunds for online credit card payments will be processed within 14 business days.

Order Cancellation Without Reason:

  • In case of order cancellation after payment, without any product or service defect, 2% of the total order value will be deducted as administrative fees.


 Important Notes:

  • Customized products made to customer specifications (special colors, dimensions) cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.

  • Our return policy complies with local consumer protection regulations in Egypt.
